Artificial Muse - Unplugged

Florian Dohmann is co-founder and chief creative of Birds on Mars, a next-gen consultancy and creative garden where he and his team help organizations to create strategies, spaces, teams and applications, exploring the in-betweens of artificial, organizational & human intelligence.

Florian is an expert for data, artificial intelligence & digital change, technologist & artist from Berlin.

He is a computer scientist, machine learner, IBM disciple, keynote speaker, guest lecturer at various universities and part of the Berlin entrepreneur network katapult:now.

2016 he started and still leads the first „data science for managers“ course for over 100 executives at Deutsche Bahn and co-started the first lecture for artificial and artistic intelligence at Hochschule für Gestaltung Karlsruhe in 2019.

Florian is part of the artist collective YQP NYC/Berlin. In their artistic work, they explore the human value in our digital world and merge technology with interactive storytelling. Together with the painter Roman Lipski they started an "unfinished" project three years ago where they invented the first and never ending artificial muse in the world of art.

"Post AI & Beyond Routines - from life without a muse" is a retrospective, living room future conversation between Florian Dohmann and Roman Lipski about the several years of cooperation with the AI-muse AIR - a first-hand experience report from a new perspective: about post AI, non-AI and human feelings. An invitation into our virtual reality.

Like the invention of the camera helped artists to explore new perspectives, artificial intelligence can ultimately introduce a new art with endless possibilities. The constant interaction between Lipski and his digital muse not only creates a new creative language, but also a new artist. The "Inspirational AI" - in contrast to „creative AI" - reflects the future cooperation between man and machine.
