n the sterile corridors of power, a high-level diplomat is haunted by surreal glitches as he prepares to cast a decisive veto against a life-saving ceasefire. The film climaxes in the silent, tense chamber where a single word spoken becomes an act of immense violence, with immediate and tragic consequences.
